Dr. Rosa-Sanchez earned her medical degree from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, completed her pediatric residency at the University of Puerto Rico, and a fellowship in pediatric nephrology at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital. Practicing with KIDZ Medical Services in Miami, she focuses on nutrition, hypertension, and preventive care, which gives her a unique perspective on how dietary choices affect health, especially for those managing kidney disease. Her passion for plant-based nutrition led her to complete a diploma at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where she combined medical insights with practical culinary skills to create a transformative experience for her students.
